Yoga is a practice of uniting the body, mind and spirit through breath work, meditation and asana or physical postures.  I believe it is that unification of body, mind and spirit that makes it so extremely healing and beneficial to one's well-being. I am passionate about sharing yoga and am currently offering some FREE classes to anyone who would like to give it a try.  I would love to be part of your yoga journey.
